A Different Perspective on Property Sales

Peter Ehlers, founder of Multi-Sell, is a licensed real estate agent who has spent a lifetime in business and property. His experience comes from decades of building and improving businesses — always focused on finding better ways to deliver results.

In Peter’s experience, successful businesses evolve. They look for smarter, more effective ways to serve their customers — and that thinking led him to re-examine how property is sold.

After time away from the industry following the passing of his wife, Peter returned with a fresh perspective and a clear view of what wasn’t working. The traditional model of relying on a single agent to sell a property felt limited for both sellers and the industry.

Rather than working within those limitations, he saw an opportunity to improve the process — not by replacing agents, but by bringing them together. A more collaborative approach that gives sellers access to multiple agents, multiple buyers, and a broader reach than any one agent can achieve alone.

That thinking led to Multi-Sell — a strategy designed to work with the industry, aligning agents around a single goal: achieving the best possible outcome for the seller.

Peter has been involved in more than 1,000 residential property sales across Australia, including over a decade managing transactions for Defence Housing Australia. He is known for strong negotiation, straight communication, and the persistence to deliver the right outcome for his clients.
